Delicious Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just blended. Do not overmix.
- Stir in sour cream and flour until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
